Travelers are also provided greater flexibility if their plans change, as Delta has waived change fees for new tickets booked through August 31. Travelers may visit delta.com for bookings and more information on the airline’s extensive measures for cleanliness and safer service.
“We’re focused on providing peace of mind in a clean, safer travel experience from check in to baggage claim, so when customers are ready to fly, we’re ready for them,” said Susan Franson, Delta director of global sales.
As travelers return to the Appleton Airport, they can count on extensive disinfecting protocols, more self-sanitizing resources, touchless interactions at key points, and the addition of a second private mother’s room in the concourse. They will also experience a fresh new look due to the ATW Clean initiative. This program includes enhanced cleanliness and physical airport improvements, as well as efficiency and environmental upgrades.
