Building for Kids welcomes Clubhouse Sports

The Building for Kids Children’s Museum (BFKCM) is excited to announce our newest temporary exhibit: Clubhouse Sports. This interactive, sports-themed exhibit will be opening Tuesday, February 11. Clubhouse Sports will feature a putting green, a basketball court, and a golf-ball physics playground, where sports and physics combine. This temporary exhibit offers children and adults the opportunity to explore sports together in a fun and educational environment, while avoiding the freezing temperatures outside.

“We are committed to ensuring consistently new and engaging experiences for our members and visitors,” said Oliver Zornow, Executive Director of the BFKCM. “We know that diversity in physical experiences is key to healthy development and that we live in a climate where it is not always easy to keep young children active. Clubhouse Sports encourages trial and exploration in activities that might last a lifetime.”

Clubhouse Sports is a temporary addition to the diverse line-up of permanent exhibits at the BFKCM and will be open through summer 2020.

The BFKCM has been empowering children, engaging parents and energizing the community since 1992. For more information about the BFKCM, including its programs and events, visit www.buildingforkids.org
