P.F. Chang’s will be firing up the woks and serving scratch-made favorites starting Monday, June 24 in Appleton, Wisconsin at 1190 N. Casaloma Dr. at Integrity Way in the Fox River Mall. The restaurant will offer dine-in, catering and takeout service seven days a week, from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
P.F. Chang’s new 4,800-square-foot Appleton location is different than any other in the world, with a one-of-a-kind, graffiti style wall mural, featuring Chinese symbols representing Wisconsin (威斯康星), Appleton (阿普尔顿), and Fox River (福克斯河). A dragon representing the winds around the restaurant is shown in hues of blue – a nod to the Fox River. Within the design, curious guests will also find a hidden shape: the state of Wisconsin.
P.F. Chang’s entire menu is made from scratch every day in each restaurant across the world. The Appleton menu will feature P.F. Chang’s signature made-from-scratch dishes, hand-rolled dumplings and sushi, and fan-favorite desserts, like The Great Wall of Chocolate and Banana Spring Rolls. The Appleton restaurant also has ample dining room seating and an expansive bar space where guests will enjoy P.F. Chang’s extensive wine list offerings, handcrafted beverages and several top Wisconsin brews, including Leinenkugel Seasonal, New Glarus Spotted Cow Cream Ale, Hinterland Evergreen IPA and Lakefront Riverwest Stein Amber Ale.
