With a shared goal of supporting our community and the local businesses that make the Fox Valley strong, the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce is introducing a new, innovative health plan opportunity, exclusively for Fox Cities Chamber agents and members.

The new Fox Cities Chamber Choice Health Insurance Program is a dual-choice employer group health insurance offering, giving employees the flexibility to choose between health plans from two local companies—Network Health and Robin with HealthPartners.

STRONGER TOGETHER

The Fox Cities Chamber Choice Health Insurance Program will give consumers the opportunity to select their local health plan of choice, based on what’s best for them and their family. Both carriers will provide similar benefits, with cost-savings options and long-term stability all in one package.

The Fox Cities Chamber Choice Health Insurance Program is available exclusively to members of the Chamber and must be purchased through health insurance brokers who are also members of the Chamber.

ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY CARE

Both Network Health and Robin provide access to local, high-quality providers and health systems. In-network providers for each carrier can be found by visiting networkhealth.com or healthpartners.com/Robin.

Network Health and Robin will provide plan types with similar benefits for varying company sizes, outlined in the chart below.

BROKER INFORMATION

The Fox Cities Chamber Choice Health Insurance Program is available exclusively to members of the Chamber and must be purchased through health insurance brokers who are members of the Chamber.
 
Brokers do not have to be a member to quote the Chamber Choice Health Insurance Program, but they will need to become a member at a qualifying level of membership to finalize the sale.
 

BROKER MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

$1,500 - Broker – Member Choice Chamber Health Program

Benefits at this level include the following:

  • Standard Chamber membership benefits

  • The ability to sell the Chamber Choice Health program

  • Basic visibility on applicable Chamber Choice materials

$5,000 - Preferred Broker – Member Chamber Choice Health Program

Benefits at this level include the following:

  • The ability to sell the Chamber Choice Health program

  • Access to one active member postal list per year

  • Ability to post Member-to-Member deals on FCC website

  • Complimentary Member 411 ads: 3 per membership year

  • One  “Member Spotlight” per year (subject to availability & space)

  • Premier placement on applicable Chamber Choice materials 

  • Opportunity for first 12 brokers to sponsor program at select upcoming virtual member information session.
