Learning series is free to Fox Cities Chamber members
The Fox Cities Chamber has seats available for its March 21st Dale Carnegie learning series, which is free to any Chamber member. The session will be held from 8 – 10 AM at the Chamber office, 125 N. Superior Street, Appleton. Topic is “The Delegation Process: Utilize techniques to get work done through others, develop the talent of team members, and use a model to delegate a task effectively.”
This training will help managers learn steps of the delegation process, which entails developing team members to accept additional responsibilities without losing sight of their central leadership responsibility — the bottom line!
