Prevea Health expanding care in the Fox Valley at Fox Commons
Prevea Health is pleased to announce the Prevea Appleton Health Center, located at 10 E. College Ave., Suite 110, at the newly renovated Fox Commons, will be opening on December 2, 2024. The opening of this health center marks the expansion of Prevea’s presence and commitment to serving the Fox Valley.
The Prevea Appleton Health Center is Prevea’s second new location in the Fox Valley, following the opening of the Prevea Grand Chute Health Center, 3750 N. Investors Court, Grand Chute, in 2022. The new health center will help meet additional health care needs of the Fox Valley by increasing patient access to Behavioral Care and Physical Therapy services.

Prevea invites members of the media to a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Prevea Appleton Health Center, featuring remarks by Dr. Ashok Rai. The event will take place on Monday, November 25, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at 10 E. College Ave., Suite 110, Appleton.
Parking and location information: The Prevea Appleton Health Center is in downtown Appleton inside the Fox Commons building. It is best to park on the back/north side of the building on W. Washington St. or park in the Yellow/East Parking Ramp. Once you enter the Fox Commons north entrance off of Washington and N. Oneida St., follow the signs to the Prevea Health Center, which will be down a hallway on your left.
