Want to know how to build a better budget…and stick to it?

Published Thursday, January 17, 2019

Creating and sticking to a budget can be a successful way to manage money and yet one study shows that only one third of all Americans maintain a household budget. Join Fox Communities Credit Union, at the “Make Budgeting Happen” seminar, to learn useful budgeting tips. Help your finances get off to a great start in the new year!

Our speaker Eileen Gossen, a housing counselor from NeighborWorks, Green Bay, will share ways to create a budget and how to stick to it. She’ll also talk about budgeting apps, SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timebound), and how a high credit score can help to save money.

Join us from 6-7pm on any of the following days:

  • Monday, January 21 at Manitowoc Public Library, 707 Quay St, Manitowoc
  • Tuesday, January 29 at Tundra Lodge and Conference Center, 865 Lombardi Ave., Green Bay
  • Thursday, January 31 at Liberty Hall, 800 Eisenhower Dr., Kimberly

Register at www.foxcu.org or by calling the Call Center at (920) 993-9000. This seminar is free and open to the public. Please register early as seating is limited.
