Appleton International Airport begins nonstop United Express service to Denver starting today to make travel to the West Coast faster and more convenient.
"Our community has been asking for more air service to the western U.S. and United Airlines has delivered with our new Denver service," said Abe Weber, airport director.
"United’s new nonstop service between Appleton and our Denver hub opens up numerous opportunities for business and leisure travel,” said Ankit Gupta, United’s vice president of Domestic Network Planning. “Customers from throughout the Fox Valley now have more choice when booking travel on United Airlines. In addition to the connection opportunities available between Appleton and Chicago, our new service to Denver enables customers to access more than 85 cities in the Western United States, Canada and Mexico, including 30 cities that previously required two connections.”
Air Wisconsin, flying as United Express, will operate one daily flight between Appleton and Denver. The flight will depart Appleton at 8:40 a.m. and arrive in Denver at 10:08 a.m. The return flight departs Denver at 5:35 p.m. and arrives in Appleton at 8:47 p.m.
Denver is the ninth nonstop flight destination offered from Appleton International Airport.
