Primrose Retirement Community of Appleton has hired Stacy Arendt to be their new Memory Care Nursing Director. She began her duties in January, and in this role Arendt will guide and oversee the care of residents and, in conjunction with Executive Director Breeze Skorupski, manage the memory care nursing staff. She will also ensure compliance with all necessary regulations.
Arendt brings more than ten years of experience in senior living with her to Primrose. “I started as a CNA in high school, became an LPN, and then continued my schooling to become an RN,” said Arendt. “As I worked my way up the ladder, I gained a greater understanding of the many roles and responsibilities of all types of nursing staff, which will help me greatly at Primrose,” she added.
“We are thrilled to have Stacy on our team,” said Breeze Skorupski, Executive Director at Primrose of Appleton. “Her love for the senior population is evident, and we are looking forward to a great future here in Appleton,” she added.
