Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group will host northeast Wisconsin’s first Customer Experience Professionals Associations (CXPA) event. The special event will feature a presentation on customer experience and its importance, as well as a panel of industry experts discussing customer feedback and how to use this information to advance businesses.
“We are excited to bring such a relevant conversation to the Fox Valley with the help of the Customer Experience Professionals Association,” said Trina Woldt, Jewelers Mutual vice president, chief marketing officer and champion of customer experience. “Buying decisions aren’t based solely on price anymore. Creating a positive customer experience is a key element of success for every business as we listen to customers’ needs and work to exceed their expectations.”
According to Woldt, more businesses are recognizing the importance of customer experience and why it matters in increasing satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. The customer experience panel will be comprised of leading industry experts who will discuss how to listen to customers, consider their feedback and take action internally to continuously improve. Woldt will serve as the moderator. Panelists include:
- Carol Haney, senior research and data scientist, Qualtrics
- Katerina Gryparis, director consumer experience, CUNA Mutual Group
- Joe Piette, vice president of customer experience, Andrew Reise Consulting
- Lynn Weggel, customer experience insight manager, Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group
Haney will also conduct a brief presentation on customer experience and best practices within the industry. She currently serves as the senior research and data scientist for Qualtrics, a global leader in customer experience software.
The CXPA event will be held Thursday, Feb. 8 from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. on the Jewelers Mutual Campus, located at 24 Jewelers Park Drive, Neenah, WI, 54957. This free event is open to the public, and preregistration is required. To register, visit https://www.cxpa.org.
