Oshkosh advertising agency Candeo Creative welcomed three new team members in January 2018. It hired Chad Fulwiler as account services director, Colleen Bies as traffic and finance manager, and Cassie Murray as media buyer.
Chad Fulwiler brings nearly 30 years of marketing, business development and leadership experience to Candeo Creative. As account services director, he enhances customer experience for current agency accounts, develops new business and manages a team of account and project managers.
"I'm excited to be part of the Candeo Creative team because of its culture, extremely talented staff and its aggressive, innovative growth strategy," said Fulwiler.
Fulwiler's resume includes roles as an independent strategic marketing consultant, vice president of sales and marketing at a Wisconsin advertising agency, director of marketing and business development, and various other corporate marketing and business development leadership roles.
"Chad's agency experience matched with his excitement about the future of Candeo Creative is absolutely contagious," said Zack Pawlosky, president and CEO of Candeo Creative. "He will ensure our agency delivers a one-of-a-kind client experience in line with our best-in-class product."
Colleen Bies is the agency's traffic and finance manager. She contracted with Candeo Creative for several months before accepting a full-time position. As traffic and finance manager, Bies oversees agency workflow, finances and accounting. Her prior work experience includes more than a decade of service and managerial experience with the U.S. Army National Guard and Wisconsin Army National Guard, several years as an accountant for a metal fabrication company and running her own business for nearly a decade.
Cassie Murray joined Candeo Creative as its media buyer. She makes media purchases and media plans for the agency's diverse client base, maintains vendor relationships and communication about projects, and researches emerging media.
"I'm looking forward to contributing to the Candeo team during a pivotal time of growth and innovation, and helping our clients reach their marketing aspirations," said Murray.
Murray's qualifications include five years as a regional marketing representative for Biolife Plasma Services and several years fundraising, event planning and managing volunteers for a nonprofit.
