The Fox Cities Chamber’s monthly educational program, Business Breakfast Bytes, will provide attendees with insight relating to finding and recruiting talent for their business at the morning session on February 20.
The upcoming session will feature a panel of experts who will provide education to assist area businesses in one of the top challenges companies face today – finding qualified employees for their business. Discussion at the February session will include: when you should recruit, where the workers have gone, things you should do before you begin the recruiting process, what is contributing to the sluggish economy/recruiting challenges, and more.
Wisconsin has a relatively low unemployment rate, which leads to difficulties finding qualified workers. This increases the need for different strategies, different approaches, and a different way of thinking when it comes to staffing your workforce. This presentation will provide three different viewpoints regarding staffing a business; as well as the experiences of one business owner, the causes of the challenges in the current talent market, along with the business decisions regarding when you should add staff and the costs of vacant positions.
Don Herrmann, Founder/President of Herrmann Advantage Consulting, LLC will lead the session and facilitate the panel of experts, including: Kristyn Madalinski, Clinic Director, Alo Health; and Mark Leupold, Owner, Express Employment Professionals.

Business Breakfast Bytes are a monthly business educational program focused on providing our small to mid-sized business members across the Fox Cities Region with education and resources addressing top business concerns.
