WBD Inc. has named Investors Community Bank CEO Tim Schneider, as one of 2017’s eight WBD Elite Lending Partners. This honor is given annually in recognition of success in helping small business get the financing they need to grow, create jobs and build communities. This new class of Elite Lenders joins 12 others that have been inducted over the past few years.

"WBD has helped thousands of businesses and worked with hundreds of banks and lenders, but this group has distinguished itself as our top lending partners, proving time and again they will put the needs of their customers first when it comes to helping their small business customers get the financing they need to grow and succeed," explained WBD President/CEO Dan Schneider.

Tim Schneider earned this designation during his time as a commercial banker at ICB by helping at least ten businesses move forward by partnering with WBD to provide his customers the low, long-term, fixed-rate financing available through the SBA 504 program. This year’s elite lenders combined efforts have identified 100 financing projects in 22 different counties, placing over $165 million into the hands of these small businesses for growth and expansion.

Tim Schneider has more than 25 years of banking experience in agricultural and commercial banking. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business in Management and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a degree from the Graduate School of Banking of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mark Maurer, Vice President – Senior Business Banking Officer at Investors Community Bank also received this recognition in 2015.
