Zack Pawlosky, Candeo Creative's president and CEO, accepted the award on behalf of the company at the chamber's 110th Annual Meeting at the Oshkosh Convention Center Wednesday night.
"If it wasn’t for the countless local leaders offering me counsel throughout the years and Candeo's dedicated team, we would not be here today," said Pawlosky. "Just as Oshkosh has helped propel Candeo to success, we’re determined to leave a legacy of community betterment and global impact."
A committee from the Oshkosh Chamber selected Candeo Creative as the winner after reviewing its business growth, perseverance in the industry and community service initiatives.
Since its beginning in 2012, Candeo Creative has grown from a one-person startup to a full-service integrated marketing and advertising agency. It underwent its first acquisition in 2015 and increased revenue growth by 300 percent the same year. Candeo Creative's 2016-17 revenue growth to date is 280 percent, and its 2017 employee growth is 175 percent.
Candeo Creative prides itself on its commitment to its culture and community. The agency provides its staff with a range of benefits, including offering health insurance and employer-matched retirement accounts as a small startup and later adding paid vacation, maternity/paternity leave, flextime and the option to work remotely. It also supported dozens of charitable organizations in the Fox Valley this year through more than $100,000 in donations and in-kind work.
