Verve, a Credit Union, at 2655 N. Main Street will move to a newly constructed branch at 215 W. Murdock Avenue this weekend, and will open on Monday, Sept. 18. The relocation offers members more convenient access, with the Murdock Avenue branch situated in a commercial hotspot in Oshkosh near Leon’s Frozen Custard, Walgreens, Pick ‘n Save and Starbucks.
Verve operates three branches in Oshkosh with 15 locations throughout Wisconsin, and offers mobile and online banking options to provide members with access to their finances whenever and wherever they are.
“Verve is committed to making banking easy, convenient and secure, and our new location will give members all that and more,” Kevin Ralofsky, president and chief executive officer at Verve, said. “Not only is our new location easier to access, but it also features innovative technology to better serve our members.”
The Murdock Avenue branch was designed to enhance digital banking options and improve face-to-face banking for more involved transactions. The technology-focused branch features video screens in the drive-up, video conferencing services so members can connect with Verve team members at other locations, and a Technology Pod with iPads so members can ask questions and learn how to use Verve’s online banking, mobile app and other online services to better manage their accounts.
“Providing our members with the best service experience possible is at the heart of all we do,” Rachel Peterson, Main Street branch manager, said. “Even though an increasing number of our members are using our mobile deposit and eSign options to complete their transactions digitally, providing in-person banking and financial consulting remains a high priority for Verve. Our Murdock Avenue branch will allow us to provide more service options, which means our members get to choose to bank the way they like, be it a very personal, interactive experience, or self-service.”
