Element, a full-service marketing agency with two locations in Northeast Wisconsin, recently hired Tom Eggert and Jamie Mitchell as account executives to work alongside the agency’s account service, creative, and new business teams.
Eggert joins Element with more than eight years of experience in the marketing industry. He has worked most recently as the vice president of creative opportunities at Brand Outcomes Inc., providing customers with innovative marketing strategies, such as point of sale signage, videography, digital programs, and trade show assets.
Eggert is responsible for generating new business opportunities with current and prospective clientele, managing agency accounts, and establishing and maintaining the agency’s vendor relationships. He also leads the agency’s environmental graphics services.
Eggert is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Mitchell brings more than 19 years of experience in marketing and design to Element. She most recently worked as the marketing manager at Sun & Ski, where she was responsible for managing creative direction and production for point of sale materials, billboards, magazines, and direct mail items, among others.
Mitchell is responsible for managing daily client relations, organizing and overseeing projects in the agency, developing strategic marketing plans, and finding new opportunities for current clients.
Mitchell graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis, and a minor in graphic communications.
