Investors Community Bank names new Chief Financial Officer

Investors Community Bank has named Glen Stiteley as Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer. Stiteley also serves as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of County Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Investors Community Bank. Prior to joining Investors he was CFO for First Community Financial Partners, Inc. a $1.3 billion NASDAQ registered, bank holding company headquartered in Joliet, Illinois.


According to Tim Schneider, CEO of Investors Community Bank, “Glen brings a wealth of expertise to Investors and has developed a comprehensive working knowledge of the commercial banking sector, including experience with public companies like ours. While at First Community, he helped them grow from one location to nine locations as well as four de novo banks. He was part of the executive team that negotiated a merger with First Busey at an outstanding 21.4x EPS and 198% of TBV at the time of announcement. Previously he took First Community public on the NASDAQ, then gained its listing on the Russell Index. Glen also helped lead the bank in gaining performance awards, including recognition as one of the top-performing small-cap banks in the US. We are very excited to have him join the ICB team.”


Stiteley holds a BBA in accounting from Eastern Michigan University and earned a CPA designation from the State of Illinois.  He also completed the University Of Virginia Darden School Of Business Executive Program in Bank Financial Leadership. He and his wife live in De Pere with their three boys.
