Tuesday, July 25

8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.         Rear Admiral Bruce Gillingham addresses Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce at Pullman’s at Trolley Square **Contact Chamber for attendance details**

8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.         Navy History and Heritage Command at EAA Museum

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.         Navy Virtual Reality Experience at EAA AirVenture

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.         Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Navy Divers at EAA AirVenture

10:30 – 11:30 a.m.              Navy Band Great Lakes Brass Quintet concert at Brown County Library

11:30 – 1:00 p.m.                Rear Admiral Bruce Gillingham addresses Appleton Rotary Club

6:30 – 8:30 p.m.                  Navy Band Great Lakes Wind Ensemble conduct joint concert with Appleton City Band at Pierce Park. **During the event Mayor Tim Hanna will present Rear Admiral Gillingham with a proclamation declaring it Navy Week in the City of Appleton**

 

Wednesday, July 26

8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.         Navy History and Heritage Command at EAA Museum

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.         Navy Virtual Reality Experience at EAA AirVenture

7:30 – 9:30 p.m.                  Navy Band Great Lakes Wind Ensemble conducts joint concert with Green Bay City Band at St. James Park.  **During the event Mayor Jim Schmitt will present USS Green Bay Sailors with a proclamation declaring it Navy Week in the City of Green Bay**

 

Thursday, July 27

8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.         Navy History and Heritage Command at EAA Museum

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.         Navy Virtual Reality Experience at EAA AirVenture

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.   Director of the Navy Small Business Office, Ms. Emily Harman will conduct a Small Business Workshop at the Bordini Center at Fox Valley Technical College.  This event is being hosted in cooperation with the Fox Valley Chamber of Commerce. **Contact Chamber for attendance details**

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.      Rear Admiral Bruce Gillingham will address the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce quarterly “Food for Thought” meeting at the Ashwaubenon Community Center **Contact Chamber for attendance details**

6:30 – 7:30 p.m.                  Navy Band Great Lakes will conduct a concert at the Oshkosh Public Library

7:00 – 8:00 p.m.                  Navy Band Great Lakes Concert at Klipstine Park in Ashwaubenon

Community Service Projects:

In addition to the above public events, the U.S. Navy will be conducting community service projects with Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity, St. Vincent de Paul of Appleton and HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital in Green Bay.

 

Notable Engagement:

The U.S. Navy will be participating in additional engagements with the following organizations: Green Bay Packers, Schreiber Foods Inc., Bellin Health Systems, Medical Colleges of Wisconsin Green Bay Campus, Red Shoes PR, Fox Valley Veterans Council, New North, Fincantieri Marine Group, ThedaCare Regional, NOVO Health, Schneider National, Kimberly Clark and Experimental Aircraft Association.
