GREENVILLE ANNOUNCES CINTAS DEVELOPMENT ESTIMATED AT $18 MILLION AS FIRST BUSINESS TO LOCATE IN NEW TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT

Town Chairman Jack Anderson announced today Greenville will be welcoming a large Cintas laundry and maintenance facility, to its new 250 acre TID #1 located at Highway 15 and CB, with construction to begin this July and completed within one year.  Cintas’ total development costs for the site including building, equipment, piping and machinery is expected to be close to $18 million.  He stated, “It is great to see this initial big investment in the TIF District to help anchor our future. This is just the first of many new business locations in Greenville.”

The facility is expected to house approximately 140 employees from throughout the Fox Cities metro area with roles ranging from management, office support, sales, route supervisors, drivers, plant operators and maintenance engineers.  Cintas will be expanding its local service lines and capacity by building a 54,000 square foot structure to provide many of the service functions currently offered only in Milwaukee dealing with uniform/rug cleaning and rental, facilities servicing and fire safety equipment.
