Scott Schroeter has been named Agricultural Banking Officer at Investors Community Bank. In his new role, Schroeter is responsible for forming agricultural banking relationships with new customers, growing existing customer relationships and developing other agricultural banking opportunities. He’ll also share different types of lending and credit options with customers and analyze credit information.
Schroeter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lakeland College and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College. He has worked at Investors Community Bank for 15 years and previously held several positions in the credit department including Ag Credit Analyst, Ag Credit Analyst II, Ag Credit Manager, Portfolio Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Investors Community Bank, he also worked as a Portfolio Manager at another bank.
Schroeter volunteers as a teacher for Junior Achievement and an officer on the council of Manitowoc Cooperative Ministry. He was raised on a dairy farm and was a Dairy Farm Manager for six years after graduating college. He resides in Manitowoc with his wife, Jenny, and their daughter.
