Verve, a Credit Union, will break ground on its 215 W. Murdock Avenue location on Monday, February 20, 2017. Scheduled to open in August 2017, the new branch will replace Verve’s branch on N. Main Street, bringing Oshkosh-area members greater convenience via the more centralized location.


The Murdock Avenue branch will be situated in a commercial hotspot in Oshkosh, with nearby businesses including Leon’s Frozen Custard, Walgreens, Pick ‘N Save and Starbucks. The new location will also feature new technology, giving members easier access to Verve’s products and services and the option to connect with financial representatives virtually.


“Our decision to relocate our North Main Street location aligns with our goal to continue to engage our members and communities and better serve their needs,” Kevin Ralofsky, president and CEO at Verve, said. “The new location will make it easier for our members to access all of their banking needs with a more convenient and visible location.”


“We want to serve our members where they live, work and play, and our move from Main Street to Murdock Avenue brings us to the heart of where our members are doing just that,” Rachel Peterson, N. Main Street branch manager, said. “Our team is excited to continue serving our Oshkosh members at the newest Verve location.”


Hours at Verve’s N. Main Street branch will remain the same until the branch relocates to Murdock Avenue, and the transition will not cause any disruptions in service or special closings for members.
