To help local businesses address concerns and identify solutions, the Fox Cities Chamber is offering a three-part Small Business Workshop series this Spring. The Workshop series will offer business owners in-depth information and empower attendees to leave with turnkey solutions and tools that can be used immediately within their business in order to better understand the impact of growth and profit to their business.
The Spring Workshop, “Managing Your Business by the Numbers - Simplified”, will be facilitated by Don Herrmann, President of Herrmann Advantage Consulting, LLC. This Workshop will provide attendees with education, tools, and training to develop a budget for their business at any level of sales, calculate their value streams to determine profit driven pricing for their product or service without artificial mark-ups, and understand how to evaluate their business processes with facts for the best possible decision making. The Workshop series is targeted towards businesses with 50 or fewer employees.
“Business owners make important decisions every day. They should do this with facts instead of feelings. This workshop series will teach attendees simple processes with simple tools to not only have those facts but use them. Attendees will leave this workshop with a budget specifically for their business, a pricing strategy that makes them profitable without artificial mark-ups, as well as tools and techniques to analyze their business for fact based decision-making,” shared Herrmann.
Registration is now open online for the Spring Small Business Workshop at http://bit.ly/FCCSpringWorkshop and capacity is limited to 15 attendees. Session dates for the Spring workshop are March 8th, March 15th and March 22nd. A one-time fee for the three-part series is $75 for Fox Cities Chamber members, $100 for members of other Chambers and $125 for non-Chamber members. The workshop series will be hosted at American National Bank in Appleton. This three-part Workshop series will be repeated in October.
