Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full service design/build firm headquartered in Appleton, recently hired new project manager, Andy Wilke, to join its growing team in the Wisconsin and Midwest markets. Wilke will focus on commercial, industrial and senior living segments.
Wilke comes to Consolidated Construction with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including industrial contracting, general contracting, construction management, design/build construction, and corporate capital project management. He previously worked for Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, Wis. and Ganther Construction in Oshkosh, Wis.
“I’m already impressed with the capabilities and commitment of the team at Consolidated,” Wilke said. “Putting my past experiences in multiple segments of the construction industry to work here will allow us to provide design and construction services to our clients that is second to none.”
Some of his responsibilities will include assisting owners and architects in development of the project scope and budget, reviewing project plans and specifications, recommending cost-saving measures in materials and methods, as well as directing site personnel to ensure a quality, on-time and on-budget completion.
Wilke earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in Building Construction Management. Prior, he attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities for Pre-Architecture.
