AZCO INC., one of the nation’s most trusted names in industrial construction and fabrication, reached another milestone by achieving one (1) million manhours without an OSHA Recordable Incident. In addition to that major accomplishment, AZCO has two (2) million work hours without a Lost Time Incident. The industrial constructor and fabricator is responsible for the safety of 145 managerial, office, administrative, and support employees as well as 750 - 800 construction tradespersons in the field and in its fabrication shops every day and night.
According to Jason Konrad, AZCO’s Safety Director, “This is a significant accomplishment and all employees deserve a congratulations for their dedication to staying safe on the job!” Konrad adds, “This achievement requires involvement at all levels, and all employees are to be commended. This is truly a remarkable accomplishment and is made possible by the continuation of everyone’s efforts in keeping our projects safe.”

The company is into the fifteenth year of its safety process that originated with the Construction Industry Institute, a national consortium of owners, construction firms and engineering firms.
