To continue building on its recent success as a farm-to-table restaurant and live music venue, The Source Public House in Menasha welcomed Christian Pavels to its ownership and management team in October.
Pavels will use his 11+ years of restaurant experience in support of The Source’s future initiatives. In addition to working in a variety of restaurant roles from bartender to floor manager to general manager, Pavels also brings leadership experience from his service in the U.S. Army. As Co-owner and General Manager at The Source, he will oversee and help develop the strategy for front-of-house and kitchen operations.
According to long-time entrepreneur, businessman and original Source owner Dennis Long, adding Christian to the team will help The Source enrich customer experience. “The past two years have been very rewarding as we’ve strived to create a richly creative, locally inspired experience for customers,” he said. “With Christian on board, we hope to use what we’ve learned to offer customers more of what they love—creative, locally-sourced dishes, high-quality live music, craft beer, local art and more.”
Pavels sees his new role as an opportunity to make a difference in the community as well as in customer’s lives. “By cultivating relationships between WI farmers, artisans, musicians and artists, The Source helps build a strong community and thriving local economy,” he said. “All of that helps create a truly memorable experience for customers. It’s a win-win for everyone involved.”
