Schenck SC is pleased to announce Brad Kussow, CPA, CMA, CM&AA, has rejoined the firm as managing director – Transaction Advisory Services. He will serve clients firm-wide, leading the Transaction Advisory Services practice serving private equity investors, business owners and senior executives to provide services including formal quality of earnings reports, financial modeling, carve out assistance, working capital analysis and advising on purchase and sale agreements. The team guides clients at every step, from analyzing the investment to serving as professional advisors post-transaction.
Kussow has nearly 20 years of public accounting, corporate finance, investment banking and consulting experience. He specializes in planning and executing buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, financial modeling, valuation and working capital analysis.
Kussow has extensive international experience, including leading teams and projects in Europe, Asia, Mexico and South America, as well as working and living in Torino, Italy for two years as a senior manager with a Big Four firm. He previously served as a director within Schenck’s M&A practice from 2009 to 2014.
Kussow holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He serves as treasurer and member of the executive committee and board of directors for the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin. Kussow is also active in coaching youth athletics, including football, basketball and baseball.
