ManpowerGroup’s Right Management announced today the expanded client services team for the Wisconsin market. Right Management is a global leader in talent and career management workforce solutions within ManpowerGroup, and has offices in Milwaukee, Appleton and Madison.
Kurt Johnson has been named Vice President of Client Services for Wisconsin. Johnson brings over 34 years of experience in human resources, including 14 with Right Management, to his role supporting clients with their talent and career management needs. In his expanded role as Vice President of Client Services, Johnson supports client projects including c-suite succession processes, high potential leadership identification and development programs, leader coaching engagements, employee engagement processes including data collection / analysis / action planning, and group and individual career transition processes.
Jennifer Watson and Nichelle Montriel have both been named to new roles as Sales Project Managers designated to the Wisconsin market. Watson brings over 12 years of experience in client support and coordination and has been with the organization in the Wisconsin market since 2014. New to Right Management, Montriel brings more than five years of experience in helping clients identify their needs, build client satisfaction and drive to achieve organizational effectiveness. As Sales Project Managers, Watson and Montriel will facilitate the coordination of sales initiatives around outplacement, career coaching, high potential employees and leadership development.
