Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full service design/build firm headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin announces an addition to the Greenville Junction retail strip mall in Greenville, Wisconsin.
Located at N1788 Lily of the Valley Drive, Greenville Junction will be expanded to add four more tenant spaces to the east side of the building. It currently houses Pizza King restaurant, Corks & Caps Beverage Company, Verizon Wireless, and Family Insurance Center in approximately 9,000 square feet. The new tenant spaces will include a 1,500 square foot plus three 1,200 square foot customizable spaces. The first 1,200 square foot space has been leased to The Barbers’ Chair salon and Consolidated Construction is completing the interior build out. The remaining spaces are available for lease. Meerdink & Associates Inc. of Appleton is the property owner and leasing agency.
Consolidated Construction originally designed and built Greenville Junction in 2006 and will again design and build the approximately 5,100 square foot addition. The project is expected to be completed in October. The architect is Curtis Schroeder and the site superintendent is Mitch Schneider.
