Culver’s VIP Foundation supports team members in reaching their educational goals

Scholarship recipients Rachel Fritzell, Jackson Helf, Amanda Schmidt and Kaitlyn Verkuilen, employees of Culver’s of  Darboy and Culver's of Little Chute, have received up to $2,500.00 in the form of a scholarship from Culver’s VIP Foundation’s Scholarship program to pursue their educational goals.

"These crew members have been a Culver’s team member for as many as 3 years," says Glenda Woosley and Maggie Kauer, owners of Culver’s of Darboy and Culver's of Little Chute. "We’re so proud they have been recognized for their outstanding commitment to Culver’s and their dedication to continuing their education."

Lea Culver, Executive Director of Culver’s VIP Foundation and also one of Culver’s® co-founders is awarding scholarships totaling $478,000 to 220 team members in 2016.


The first Culver’s scholarship ever awarded to a team member was $500 in 1993. It was funded by a single Culver’s supplier along with a matching contribution by Culver Franchising System, Inc.

Through the Scholarship Program over $3.7 million has been awarded to more than 3,000 team members. Today, the program continues to be funded by suppliers, franchisees, and Culver Franchising System, Inc.
