Investors Community Bank named a Top Loan Producer in the nation

Published Monday, July 18, 2016

Investors Community Bank was listed as a top loan producer nationally among community banks, according to the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). The ICBA, which represents more than 6,000 community banks across the nation, rated institutions based on percentage of total loans to total assets.

Investors Community Bank was recognized in two categories: Top 50 Overall Loan Producer – $500 million to $1 billion in assets (2015 total net loans and leases / total assets), where they ranked #26; and Top 25 Agriculture Loan Producers – Community Banks with $500 million to $1 Billion in Assets (2015 Total Agricultural Loans + Farmland Loans / Total Assets), where they ranked #2.

ICBA developed the listings to identify the most recent top loan producers among its member community banks and used a loans-to-assets ratio for 2015 call report data. The listings included four loan categories: Top 150 Overall Loan Producers, Top 75 Commercial Loan Producers, Top 75 Consumer and Mortgage Loan Producers and Top 75 Agricultural Loan Producers, for banks within three asset sizes.

According to Tim Schneider, CEO of Investors Community Bank, “Successful lending is fundamental to a community bank’s success, and we are honored to achieve this national recognition and succeed in the most fundamental performance of all—safely providing valuable credit to our customers and communities.”

In addition to the recognition, Investors Community Bank was one of nine banks profiled in the July issue of Independent Banker, ICBA’s member magazine, in an article entitled Investors Community Bank Delves into Dairy. (Read the article at
