B.A.B.E.S., INC. Child Abuse Prevention Program Announces the Debut of the B.A.B.E.S., Inc. Lip Sync Challenge

B.A.B.E.S., Inc. Child Abuse Prevention Program announces the B.A.B.E.S., Inc. Lip Sync Challenge and Hats Off! Recognition Program. The event features program award presentations and local teams lip syncing their favorite songs, competing for the coveted B.A.B.E.S., Inc. Lip Sync Challenge trophy while raising funds to support the family-focused mission of B.A.B.E.S., Inc.

This exciting event will take the stage on Thursday, April 28, 2016, 5:00 – 9:30 p.m. at The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton. Competing teams represent Candeo Creative and Century 21 First Realty with room for more. Event sponsorships are also available.

Special guests include: Harry Sydney, former Green Bay Packers Running Back and Running Backs Coach and Founder of My Brother’s Keeper, Male Mentoring Program in Green Bay; Mayor Timothy Hanna; Stacy Engebretson from NBC26; Phil Cianciola, News Talk AM1150 WHBY; and Terry Irwin, Five-time National Ballroom Dance Champion and Owner of TC Dance Club International. B.A.B.E.S., Inc. is a nonprofit created in 1997 for the sole purpose of child abuse prevention and the provision of stress alleviation for young families through their no-cost services: Short-term respite childcare, mental health triage, parent education, and academic enrichment and support.
