Why: CMD recognizes the support received through the WEDC International Market Access Program and Wisconsin Technical Colleges System Workforce Advancement Training Program through Fox Valley Technical College.

Through several years of work, and with the assistance of these organizations:

CMD has increased exports 35% since 2011.

Employment at CMD is up 17% since 2011.

Following the 2015 Workforce Advancement Training at FVTC, 86% of CMD employees trained reported a positive impact on corporate culture, personal behaviors and company financial results.
