Stellar Blue Technologies, a Fox Valley, Wis. based digital marketing firm, launched four custom websites for companies this December. The websites include Appleton Downtown Inc., Evergreen Campsites & Resort, Neenah StreetBall and the Building for Kids Children’s Museum.
Appleton Downtown Inc. (ADI), is a not-for-profit community coalition dedicated to an economically strong, safe, attractive and exciting downtown. Arriving on the homepage, an integrated video background allows visitors to see a flyover of Appleton, followed by footage of the vibrant downtown life. A general search feature is available, as well as a business directory. If visitors still cannot find what they are looking for, they can utilize the advanced site search feature. By visiting the upcoming events section of the website, visitors can use the interactive events calendar to find out what’s going on by a specific event type, start date, end date or keyword search. Google Translate can translate the text of the website into nearly any language, and the responsive design allows for convenient mobile viewing.

Neenah StreetBall is an annual Future Neenah Inc. event held in downtown Neenah, Wis., that has teams of players ages eight and up competing in three versus three street basketball games. The new website features an interactive homepage with various animated elements. Visitors can hover over the register now, FAQ and bracket information areas to expand them and cause the header to change to full color images. The parallax design causes areas of text and images to animate and appear as visitors scroll down the main page. Call-to-actions also appear to take visitors to learn more. Visitors can use the drop down navigation area to find player information, event information, register their team or view the FAQ. The entire site is responsive so that the website is viewed properly no matter the device.
