The Northeast Wisconsin Chambers Coalition has concluded the process for the Fox Valley Wage & Benefit Study. The Study gathered comprehensive and up-to-date wage and benefit data from Fox Valley businesses. 

This project is a joint effort between the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, the Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce, and the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce.  It provides extensive information for the region as a whole and is a useful tool for budget planning, hiring and retention, or to see how your firm measures up against the competition.  This year, we have secured the services of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), to provide their professional expertise in updating the content and format of the survey instrument.
